We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Security:

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by CIA Spy Gadgets before any products are returned.  We have been forced to implement this policy because of the attraction of our products to unscrupulous people who return products after they have profitably gained from the short-term use of the products.  Your satisfaction is our number one concern. 

All of our products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellation or return!!!

Returns will ONLY be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer, or if the product has a manufacturers defect. Damgaged/defective product(s) will be repaired or replaced accordingly and RETURNED to the customer.

All returns for damage or defects must be authorized by CIA Spy Gadgets with an RMA#  before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging and with all materials and must not be altered or used in any way. Restocking fees as described below apply.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
The NON-NEGOTIABLE following fees will be applied for unauthorized return of packages:

15% Re-Stocking Fee for Refused Packages
15% Re-Stocking Fee for Undeliverable Packages
20% RE-Stocking Fee for Authorized Returns/Exchanges. PRODUCTS MAY BE EXCHANGED ONE TIME AND THE RESTOCKING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and abuse of policies we have found it necessary to implement this fee structure.

You assume all risk of loss for shipped products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses. If the undeliverable/inaccurate address is a mistake from our shipping department the fee will not be charged and we will correct the error at our expense.

SALES TAX: By law, sales tax of 6% must be charged on all Florida orders.

SHIPPING

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and are based on shipping location, shipping method chosen, and item weight.  Items are shipped via standard ground, usually by UPS or FED EX, We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or and have the right to cancel any order places with an address outside of our shipping scope.
